Terms of Service

These terms explain the baseline rules for creating a workspace and using the Acuon platform.

Last updated: June 24, 2026

Using Acuon

Acuon provides operations software for document processing, workflow support, ERP coordination, communication tools, and related business automation. You are responsible for making sure your use of the platform complies with the laws, policies, and agreements that apply to your organisation.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, maintaining accurate registration information, and controlling who has access to your workspace. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Customer data

You keep ownership of the business data, files, messages, and records you submit to Acuon. You grant Acuon permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use Acuon to break the law, infringe rights, upload malicious content, attack systems, bypass security controls, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend access if use of the service creates security, legal, or operational risk.

Third-party services

Acuon may connect to services such as ERP systems, messaging providers, email systems, payment providers, and AI platforms. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms.

Service changes

We may update features, limits, integrations, pricing, or policies as the product develops. If a change materially affects active customers, we will aim to provide reasonable notice through the product, email, or account communication.

Disclaimers

Acuon is provided as business software and does not replace professional, legal, financial, accounting, or operational judgment. Outputs from automation or AI features should be reviewed before relying on them for business decisions.
